Welcome to Alessi Foods. We’re committed to delivering your favorite Alessi products quickly, safely, and reliably. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and handle orders placed through our website.

1. Order Processing
- All orders placed on www.alessifoods.com are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
- During high-volume periods (holidays, promotions, new product launches), processing times may be extended.
- You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and depend on your location, order size, weight, and the shipping method selected.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Flat
- Rate Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Free Shipping (On qualifying orders): 3–7 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or unforeseen events
3. Shipping Carriers
We ship orders using major carriers, including:
- UPS
- FedEx
- USPS
The carrier for your order is automatically selected based on cost, speed, and your delivery location.
4. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all 48 continuous U.S. states, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping through our online store.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
If you do not receive tracking information, please contact us at customerservice@alessifoods.com.
6. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
Alessi Cucina is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Lost packages resulting from address errors
- Additional fees incurred due to redelivery or address corrections
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.
7. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
Once a package is scanned by the carrier, it becomes the carrier’s responsibility.
However, we want to ensure you’re taken care of. If your order is lost, damaged, or marked “delivered” but cannot be located:

- Your full name
- Order number
- Tracking number
- Description of the issue
We will work with you and the carrier to find a solution.
8. Order Changes & Cancellations
We begin processing orders immediately, so we may not be able to make changes once your order is placed.
If you need to modify or cancel your order, contact us immediately at customerservice@alessifoods.com.
If your order has already shipped, we cannot cancel it.
