Ingredients
- 14 ounces Vigo Marinated Artichoke Hearts, drained and chopped
- 1/4 cups Vigo Feta cheese, finely chopped
- 1/2 cups reduced fat cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon Alessi Garlic Puree
- 1 teaspoon Alessi Dipping Spices
- 1/3 cups Alessi Fire Roasted Italian Red Peppers, drained and minced
- 4 scallions, minced
- 2 ounces mayonnaise
Instructions
- Combine all above ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well. Keep chilled until served.
- Serve with your favorite Alessi Breadsticks!
