Sweet Abundance, No Heat Required
There are dishes that arrive without ceremony — no simmering, no waiting, no careful reduction of anything. Cannoli Nachos belong to that category, and there's something quietly freeing about that. The cannoli shell, crisp and delicate, was always meant to hold something sweet and yielding. Here, it does so abundantly, spread across a platter meant for sharing. This is a dessert that feels festive without trying too hard — the kind of thing you set down on a table and watch disappear, slowly at first, and then all at once.
