Cheesy Baked Gnocchi with Spinach and Chicken

There are certain dishes that feel less like recipes and more like permission — permission to gather simple things, to let the oven do its slow, patient work, and to arrive at something genuinely satisfying without much ceremony. This baked gnocchi is that kind of dish. It comes together in one bowl, settles into the pan like something that belongs there, and emerges soft and golden and deeply comforting. It is the sort of meal you make on a Tuesday and find yourself thinking about on a Friday.

Ingredients

  • 1 package Alessi Gluten Free Gnocchi
  • 1 1/2 cups Alessi Smooth Marinara Sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cups shredded chicken

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400F.
  2. In a large bowl, stir together the gnocchi, marinara, cheese, spinach, and chicken until well combined.
  3. Pour everything into an 8 (or 9) inch baking dish, top with a little extra cheese (optional), and bake for 30 minutes!
  4. Serve immediately or allow it to cool before covering and storing in the refrigerator for up to a week.
