Roasted, Golden, and Quietly Celebratory
There is something deeply satisfying about a pan of roasting potatoes — the way the kitchen fills slowly with warmth, the edges turning golden while the centers stay tender. This is the kind of dish that anchors a table without demanding attention. A generous pour of olive oil, a patient oven, and the gentle bite of garlic do most of the work here. It belongs equally to a quiet weeknight and a table full of people you love.
