Ingredients

  • 1/4 cups Alessi Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Alessi Garlic Puree
  • 1/2 cups Alessi White Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 pounds potatoes, halved
  • Alessi Sea Salt and Ground Black Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Combine olive oil, garlic, vinegar, paprika, and lemon juice in a large bowl with a whisk.
  3. Add potatoes and toss to coat.
  4. Season potatoes with salt and pepper and transfer to a baking dish.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes to an hour, or until potatoes are fork tender.
