Ingredients
- 1 can lima beans
- 1/4 cups chicken broth
- 1/4 cups Alessi Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons Alessi Garlic Puree
- Alessi Sea Salt
- crispy toasts or crackers
Instructions
- Drain lima beans. Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend well.
- Add Alessi Sea Salt according to taste.
- Spoon the dip into a serving bowl and drizzle with Alessi Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Serve with crackers.
