Soft, Red, and Quietly Abundant
There are meals that ask very little of you and give back enormously. This is one of them. Pillowy gnocchi nestled in a slow, sun-ripened tomato sauce, then finished with spoonfuls of ricotta that soften and settle into something almost cloud-like — it's the kind of dish that makes an ordinary Tuesday feel tended to. No urgency, no fuss. Just the patient pleasure of warmth in a bowl, and the gentle reminder that simplicity, done with care, is its own kind of abundance.
