Warm, Sauced, and Quietly Satisfying
Some meals don't announce themselves — they simply appear, unhurried, on a Tuesday evening when the day has asked too much of you. The meatball sub is that kind of meal. Humble in its construction, generous in return. There is something quietly ritualistic about warming a good sauce, watching it soften and deepen, letting everything come together in its own time. The result is tender, abundant, and unapologetically comforting — the kind of thing that reminds you why simple food, done with care, is often the most satisfying food there is.
