Slow and Steady, Rich and True
Meat sauce is one of those recipes that doesn't need a story to justify itself — it already is one. There's something quietly powerful about watching ground beef give way to tomato, everything softening and deepening in the pan over low heat. It's the kind of cooking that fills the kitchen with a particular warmth, the sort that travels down the hallway. Humble, patient, and deeply satisfying, this is a dish that knows exactly what it is — and asks nothing more of you than the willingness to let it come together slowly.
