Ingredients

  • 1 4 oz can tuna, drained
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • Alessi Sea Salt and Ground Black Pepper, to taste
  • 12 mini toasts or crackers
  • 1/3 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to broil and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  2. In a small bowl, combine tuna with mayonnaise and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place toasts on baking sheet and evenly divide tuna on top.
  4. Sprinkle toasts with cheese.
  5. Broil for 2-3 minutes or until cheese starts to melt.
