Simple, Golden, and Quietly Satisfying
There are dishes that ask very little of you and give back more than expected. Parmesan orzo is one of them — a stovetop ritual that moves slowly, almost meditatively, as the broth absorbs and the cheese melts into something soft and cohesive. It belongs to the category of quiet comfort food: no drama, no fuss, just the gentle alchemy of a few humble ingredients finding their way to something genuinely nourishing. The kind of thing you make on a Tuesday and find yourself thinking about again by Thursday.
