Pear Ginger Fizz Mocktail

This mocktail moves between the soft sweetness of pear and the quiet bite of ginger, grounded by a small, dark ribbon of balsamic that deepens everything it touches. Ingredients

  • crushed ice
  • 1/2 teaspoons Alessi Traditional Balsamic Reduction (could try with other flavors, if you like)
  • 1 1/2 ounces ginger beer
  • 2 ounces pear juice
  • sparkling water

Instructions

  1. In a shaker, add ice, balsamic reduction, ginger beer and pear juice. Shake.
  2. Strain and pour mocktail into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice. Top with sparkling water.
  3. Garnish with thyme sprig and pear slice.
