Pesto Chicken Wrap

Ingredients

  • 1 3.5 oz jar of Alessi Pesto
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 pound chicken meat, cooked and shredded
  • 1/4 cups Alessi Pine Nuts
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cups raisins
  • 4 tortilla wraps

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine pesto and Greek yogurt.
  2. Add shredded chicken and toss. Stir in pine nuts, celery and raisins.
  3. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving. Divide evenly among tortillas, wrap and serve.
