Summer's Best Kept Secret
There's something honest about a burger made well — no pretense, just good heat and better ingredients. This one leans into the Italian pantry quietly, letting a swirl of pesto through creamy mayo do the slow, fragrant work that transforms something familiar into something you'll come back to. Fire-roasted peppers add a gentle char, mozzarella melts soft and yielding, and a handful of sun-dried tomatoes bring that deep, concentrated sweetness only patience can produce. It's a backyard ritual, elevated without trying too hard.
