Sun Dried Tomato Chicken Wrap

Ingredients

  • 1 3.5 oz jar of Alessi Sun Dried Tomato Pesto
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 pound chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
  • 1/4 cups Alessi Pine Nuts
  • 1/2 cups Alessi Sun Dried Tomatos, diced
  • 4 tortilla wraps

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine pesto and Greek yogurt.
  2. Add cubed chicken and toss. Stir in pine nuts and sun dried tomatoes.
  3. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving. Divide evenly among tortillas, wrap and serve.
