Slow Flavor, Wrapped with Care

Ingredients
- 1 3.5 oz jar of Alessi Sun Dried Tomato Pesto
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 pound chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
- 1/4 cups Alessi Pine Nuts
- 1/2 cups Alessi Sun Dried Tomatos, diced
- 4 tortilla wraps
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine pesto and Greek yogurt.
- Add cubed chicken and toss. Stir in pine nuts and sun dried tomatoes.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving. Divide evenly among tortillas, wrap and serve.
