Something Familiar, Made Richer
The BLT is one of those rare things that doesn't need explaining — only making. There's a quiet confidence in its architecture: the crisp, the cool, the tender give of bread. But a spoonful of something slow-cooked and layered can deepen the whole conversation. This version asks you to slow down just long enough to appreciate what a little patience at the jar can do to something you thought you already knew.
