Ingredients

  • 14 ounces Vigo Marinated Artichoke Hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1/4 cup Vigo Feta cheese, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup reduced fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon Alessi Garlic PureeAdd
  • 1 teaspoon Alessi Dipping Spices
  • 1/3 cup Alessi Fire Roasted Italian Red Peppers, drained and minced
  • 4 scallions, minced
  • 2 ounces mayonnaise

Directions

Combine all above ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well. Keep chilled until served.
