- 14 ounces Vigo Marinated Artichoke Hearts, drained and chopped
- 1/4 cup Vigo Feta cheese, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup reduced fat cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon Alessi Garlic Puree
- 1 teaspoon Alessi Dipping SpicesAdd
- 1/3 cup Alessi Fire Roasted Italian Red Peppers, drained and minced
- 4 scallions, minced
- 2 ounces mayonnaise
