Bagel Pizza with Marinara

Ingredients

  • 4 bagels, sliced in half
  • 1 cup Alessi Smooth Marinara
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella Cheese
  • Optional toppings: pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, etc.

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place sliced bagel halves on baking sheet.
  3. Spread marinara evenly on bagel halves and top with shredded cheese.
  4. Top with your desired toppings.
  5. Bake for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
