Ingredients

  • 1 pound farfalle pasta
  • Alessi Sea Salt, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Alessi Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 3/4 cup ricotta cheese
  • 3.5 ounces Alessi Pesto
  • grated Parmesan cheese, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and toss with olive oil.
  2. In a small bowl, combine ricotta and pesto. Toss with pasta and top with grated cheese.
