Ingredients
- Alessi Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 large egg
- Alessi Sea Salt and Ground Black Pepper, to taste
- 1 cup cooked Alessi Arborio Rice
Instructions
- Pour Alessi Extra Virgin Olive Oil into a fry pan until it is 1/2 inch deep and heat oil. Crack egg into hot oil.
- Continously push oil over the egg gently until egg is cooked.
- Serve the egg over cooked white rice and top with salt and pepper.
