Alessi Risotto Cacio e Pepe delivers a spoon full of flavor with every bite. The rich, creamy risotto serves well as a compliment to most meals, especially chicken, beef or pork. Hailing from the area of Rome, and literally translated in dialect, this cheese (Cacio) and pepper (pepe) mix well with arborio rice to create a blend of flavors inspired by Italy itself.
