Ingredients
- 1 pound Vigo Farfalle PastaAdd
- Alessi Sea Salt, to taste
- 1 tablespoon Alessi Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 3/4 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 3.5oz jar Alessi PestoAdd
- grated Parmesan cheese, to taste
Directions
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and toss with olive oil.
In a small bowl, combine ricotta and pesto. Toss with pasta and top with grated cheese.
