Most web browsers are initially set up to accept cookies. You can reset your web browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent, however, certain features of the Services may not work if you delete or disable cookies. 1. Advertising and Online Tracking

We may place advertisements and allow third-party companies to serve ads and collect certain information when you visit the Services. These companies may collect certain information (e.g. IP address, click stream information, web browser type, time and date, subject of advertisements clicked or scrolled over) during your visits to the Services, and may track your activity over time and across different websites. They may use this information to provide advertisements about goods and services likely to be of interest to you. These companies typically use a cookie to collect this information. To learn more about these advertising practices or to opt out of this type of advertising, you can visit Network Advertising Initiative Opt Out or YourAdChoices Status Check.

We also provide you with tools to manage certain tracking and data sharing. You may opt out of third-party tracking for advertising purposes using our cookie control here and at the bottom of our pages. Additionally, while our systems do not recognize browser “Do Not Track” signals, some browsers or browser extensions also allow you to tell websites not to share your information for cross-contextual behavioral advertising through the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. We will respond to this signal in a frictionless manner. If you configure this setting on your browser, certain features on our site may not work and you will receive less targeted advertising.

Options you make are device-specific.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.

California residents have the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of their personal data, as such terms are defined under California law.

Under California law, “share” means disclosing your personal information by us to a third party for cross-context behavioral advertising, in exchange for money or anything else of value. When we use the term “share” under this section, we are using it in the narrow meaning of how it is defined under California law.

Under California law, “sell” means exchanging your personal information by us with a third party for money or anything else of value.

Currently, and in the past 12 months, we have participated in digital advertising networks, and disclosed information to analytics and advertising partners, for analytics purposes, to deliver advertising that is tailored to your interests or create lookalike audiences. This can constitute a “sale” or “sharing” of personal data under California law. The data categories “sold” or “shared” with our analytics and advertising partners are:

  • Internet Activity and Online Identifiers;
  • Commercial information.

In the future, we may share certain personal information, such as your email address with third-party advertising partners and analytics companies to serve ads to you or create lookalike audiences. To opt-out of this type of offline selling and sharing, please enter your name and the email address in the box on this page: Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information,

You can also opt-out of cookie or pixel based selling and sharing by broadcasting an Opt-Out Preference Signal, such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC) (on the browsers and/or browser extensions that support such a signal). Note that we will only apply the request to that specific device or browser and only for cookie or pixel based selling and sharing. Thus, you will need opt out on each browser and device where you use our services. If you clear your cookie history on a particular browser or device, your opt out request will no longer be saved.

You can also opt out of the use of your information for online advertising and re-sale of your Personal Information by other participants in digital advertising networks by visiting Network Advertising Initiative Opt Out and YourAdChoices Status Check and opting out of each participant’s digital property.

Please note that, other than as described above, we do not presently exchange Personal Information for money with anyone, nor do we otherwise “share” or “sell” Personal Information, as such terms are defined under applicable State Privacy Laws. We do not have actual knowledge that we have sold the personal information of minors under 16 years of age.

In the past 12 months, we have disclosed contact information, financial information, commercial information, internet activity and online identifiers, and inferences with Service Providers to provide web hosting, email messaging, marketing and analytics, to process payments and to process and send orders.

We do not collect or process Sensitive Personal Information for inferring characteristics or use or disclose Sensitive Personal Information for purposes other than those permitted by law.

In the future we may offer various financial incentives permitted by California law that can result in different prices, rates, or quality levels. Any permitted financial incentive we offer will reasonably relate to your Personal Information’s value and contain written terms that describe the program’s material aspects. Participation in a financial incentive program requires your prior opt-in consent, which you may revoke at any time.
