Preheat oven to broil.

Slice Panettone in half, and then cut two ¾” thick slices. Cut slices into 4 equal pieces. Place Panettone pieces in a single layer on baking sheet. Broil until golden brown and toasted.

Top each Panettone slice with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and then drizzle with chocolate balsamic reduction. Serve immediately.
