Caesar Salad Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon Alessi Garlic Puree
  • 1 teaspoon Alessi Anchovy Paste
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Alessi Sea Salt and Ground Black Pepper, to taste

Directions

In a medium bowl combine the garlic, anchovy paste, lemon juice, Dijon and Worcestershire. Add the mayonnaise and whisk until evenly blended, then stir in the cheese. Season the dressing with salt and pepper to taste.

Artichokes Wrapped in Bacon

Ingredients

  • 2 cans Vigo Baby Artichoke Hearts, drained
  • 12-14 slices bacon, halved crosswise
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Alessi Ground Pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 400.

Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Wrap each artichoke heart in a slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick. Place on the baking sheet then sprinkle with the parmesan and pepper.

Bake for 20-25 minutes until bacon is crispy.

Alessi's Bruschetta

Ingredients

  • 1/2 package Alessi Crispy Toast
  • 1 can Alessi Whole Peeled San Marzano Tomatoes
  • 1/4 teaspoon Alessi Garlic Puree
  • 1 tablespoon Alessi Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 4 Basil leaves, finely chopped
  • Alessi Sea Salt, to taste

Directions

Arrange toasts on a large platter.

Open the can of tomatoes and drain the excess liquid. Remove the ends from each tomato, then dice and place in a medium bowl. Stir in the garlic puree, olive oil, basil and salt. Blend well.

Top each toast with a spoonful of the tomato mixture and garnish with basil leaves.

Honey Balsamic Strawberries

Ingredients

  • 4 cups strawberries, halved
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Alessi Orange Blossom Honey Balsamic Vinegar

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl; toss well.

Let stand 30 minutes.

Toss well before serving.
