- 1 pound chicken breasts, cut in strips
- Alessi Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Alessi Garlic PureeAdd
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 jar Alessi Chunky Marinara Pasta Sauce
- a few sprigs of dill (optional)
In a large skillet, sauté the chicken strips in the Alessi Olive Oil, Alessi Garlic Puree and onion until golden brown on both sides.
When finished cooking, turn heat to low and add the jar of Alessi Chunky Marinara.
Simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.
Garnish with fresh dill and serve over rice or pasta.
