Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen or fresh cherries, pitted and cut in half, defrosted if frozen
  • 2 tablespoons Alessi Fig Infused VinegarAdd Alessi Fig Infused Vinegar to cart
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 4 ounces goat cheese, softened
  • 20 pieces Alessi BruschetteAdd Alessi Bruschette to cart
  • 2 tablespoons candied walnuts
  • fresh rosemary, for garnish
  • Alessi Himalayan Pink Salt, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a medium bowl, combine cherries, balsamic vinegar, fresh rosemary and brown sugar.

  2. In a medium sauce pan over medium-high heat, stir until sugar has dissolved and cherries are soft.

  3. Evenly divide and spread goat cheese on bruschette

  4. Top with warm or room temperature cherry sauce.

  5. Top cherry sauce with candied walnuts and garnish with fresh rosemary and Alessi Himalayan Fine Pink Salt.
