Ingredients
- White salmon, filleted
- 1/8 cup Alessi White Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/8 cup Alessi White Balsamic Reduction
- 1/8 cup Alessi Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Alessi Sea Salt and Black Peppercorns, to taste
- freshly chopped parsley, for garnish
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400°F.

In a small bowl, whisk together vinegar and reduction, olive oil, honey, and Dijon mustard.

Place salmon on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Brush the mixture over the salmon, coating evenly.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
