Ingredients

  • White salmon, filleted
  • 1/8 cup Alessi White Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1/8 cup Alessi White Balsamic Reduction
  • 1/8 cup Alessi Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Alessi Sea Salt and Black Peppercorns, to taste
  • freshly chopped parsley, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together vinegar and reduction, olive oil, honey, and Dijon mustard.

  3. Place salmon on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

  4. Brush the mixture over the salmon, coating evenly.

  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

  7. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
