Burrata Tomato Salad with Alessi Balsamic Vinegar & Reduction

  1. Slice tomatoes, place flat on plate, add salt and pepper.

  2. Drain burrata, place on tomatoes, slice down the middle.

  3. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and reduction, to taste.

  4. Top with basil leaves.

  5. Grate frozen tomato over cheese.

  6. Serve immediately with breadsticks or bruschette.
