Burrata Tomato Salad with Alessi Balsamic Vinegar & Reduction

Ingredients
- 2-3 colorful heirloom tomatoes, sliced
- Alessi Sea Salt and Black Peppercorns, to taste
- 1 ball fresh burrata
- 1 drizzle Alessi Raspberry Blush Balsamic VinegarAdd 1 drizzle Alessi Raspberry Blush Balsamic Vinegar to cart
- 1 drizzle Alessi White Balsamic ReductionAdd 1 drizzle Alessi White Balsamic Reduction to cart
- 4 fresh basil leaves
- 1 tomato, frozen (freeze for at least 8 hours)
- Alessi Breadsticks, optional
- Alessi Bruschette, optional
Instructions:

Slice tomatoes, place flat on plate, add salt and pepper.

Drain burrata, place on tomatoes, slice down the middle.

Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and reduction, to taste.

Top with basil leaves.

Grate frozen tomato over cheese.

Serve immediately with breadsticks or bruschette.
