Ingredients
- 1/2 cup shredded chicken
- 2 tablespoons Alessi Pesto
- 1 tortillla
- 1/2 cup spinach
- 1/3 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1 Alessi Sweet Pimento Fire Roasted Red Pepper, sliced
How to make this recipe:
- Stir shredded chicken and pesto in a bowl.
- Spread a thin layer of pesto on tortilla.
- Add spinach, pesto chicken, cheese, and peppers on top.
- Roll tortilla, cut in half and enjoy!
