Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup shredded chicken
  • 2 tablespoons Alessi Pesto
  • 1 tortillla
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1/3 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1 Alessi Sweet Pimento Fire Roasted Red Pepper, sliced

How to make this recipe:

  1. Stir shredded chicken and pesto in a bowl.
  2. Spread a thin layer of pesto on tortilla.
  3. Add spinach, pesto chicken, cheese, and peppers on top.
  4. Roll tortilla, cut in half and enjoy!
