Ingredients

  • crushed ice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Alessi Traditional Balsamic Reduction (could try with other flavors, if you like)
  • 1 1/2 ounces ginger beer
  • 2 ounces pear juice
  • sparkling water

Instructions:

  1. In a shaker, add ice, balsamic reduction, ginger beer and pear juice. Shake.
  2. Strain and pour mocktail into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice. Top with sparkling water.
  3. Garnish with thyme sprig and pear slice.

Consider coating rim with lemon or balsamic reduction and sugar/cinnamon mixture.
