Description

This classic seafood stew is hearty and delicious and is very simple to make. Be certain to serve with some crusty bread to soak up any leftover aromatic broth. You wouldn't want to leave a drop.

Ingredients

  • 24 ounces Fra Diavolo
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 1- 1 1/2 pounds seafood (any combination of shrimp, mussels, clams, crabmeat or scallops)
  • 12 ounces chicken broth

Directions

1. Add pasta sauce, chicken broth, and wine to a heavy bottomed pot. Stir to blend over medium high heat.

2. Add salted seafood in order of required cooking time and cook until just done.

3. Serve with crusty bread.
