Place ground beef in a large bowl. Add onion and 1 TBSP Alessi Avocado Toast seasoning; mix gently. Shape beef mixture into 10 even slider patties.
Place patties on grill rack, cover, and cook about 4 minutes. Turn and continue cooking until cooked to desired doneness. When almost finished, top with cheese and let melt.
While patties cook, cut avocados in half and remove pit; use a large spoon to gently scoop out each half. Brush cut sides of avocado with 1 tsp Alessi Olive Oil; sprinkle each half with 1/4 teaspoon Alessi Avocado Toast Seasoning.
During final minutes of cooking, grill avocado halves until charred, about 2 to 3 minutes per side; remove from grill and set aside.
Brush the inside of the rolls with remaining olive oil and toast on the grill for about 2 minutes.
To serve, cut each avocado half into 3 even slices (there will be extra); mash one piece down in the center of each roll. Layer a cooked patty inside each roll and serve hot.
