Ingredients

  • 1 package refrigerated pizza dough
  • Alessi Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • cooked Italian sausage, sliced
  • 24 ounces Alessi Smooth Marinara Sauce
  • 24 pepperoni slices
  • shredded mozzarella cheese
  • grated Romano cheese

Directions

Press dough in a pizza pan greased with olive oil.  Cook Italian sausage in a saucepan until browned and cooked.  Spread pasta sauce on dough and add sausage and pepperoni.  Top with mozzarella and sprinkle with grated cheese.  Bake in a preheated 425-degree oven 15 – 20 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
