- 1 pound Alessi Organic Rigatoni
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Alessi Extra Virgin Olive Oil, divided use
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Alessi Garlic PureeAdd
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 jar Alessi Smooth Marinara Sauce
- Parmesan cheese, grated
Cook rigatoni according to package directions. Drain, toss with ½ tbsp. olive oil and set aside.
In a large pan, sauté the onion and garlic puree in 1 tbsp. olive oil on medium heat until the onions are soft and translucent. Add the ground beef and brown. Drain the meat and add the smooth marinara. Mix well.
Top the rigatoni with the meat sauce and sprinkle with grated Parmesan. Serve and enjoy!
