- Prep Time: 15 minutes
 - Total Time: 45 minutes
 - Yield: 8 servings

Ingredients
- 2 yellow onions
 - 1/2 cup flour
 - 4 eggs
 - 1/8 cup cold water
 - Alessi Sea Salt and Ground Black Pepper, to taste
 - 3 cups Alessi Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs
 - 3/4 cups mayonnaise
 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
 - 1 teaspoon Alessi Garlic Puree
 - 2 dashes hot sauce
 - 2 tablespoons green onions, minced

Directions
Preheat oven to 400 and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Remove root ends from onions and peel off outer layer. Slice onions ½ inch thick and separate into rings. In a large bowl whisk together flour, eggs and water until all lumps are gone; season with salt and pepper. Pour breadcrumbs into a separate shallow bowl.
Dredge onion rings in the batter, letting any excess drip off and then coat in the breadcrumbs. Place onion rings in a single layer on the baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Meanwhile, in a small bowl whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic puree, hot sauce and green onions until smooth.
Serve crispy onion rings with dipping sauce.
