  • 1 pound medium shrimp
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • Fresh parsley, to taste
  • Alessi Sea Salt
  • Alessi Black Peppercorns, freshly ground
  • fresh dill
  • 12 Alessi Mini Cannoli shells, split in halfAdd



Sprinkle shrimp with salt and pepper.  Cook shrimp on a baking pan drizzled with olive oil at 300f for 20 minutes or until cooked through.  Once cooked, reserve 12 shrimp for garnish.

In a food processor mix the mayonnaise, green onions, garlic salt, parsley, dill, and remaining shrimp until smooth.  Add salt and pepper to taste.


Pipe mousse into cannoli, top with a frond of dill

Top mousse with reserved shrimp that have been sliced in half lengthwise

 The filling can be made in advance but not filled until ready to serve.
