- 1/2 package Alessi BruschetteAdd
- 1 can Alessi Whole Peeled San Marzano Tomatoes
- 1/4 teaspoon Alessi Garlic Puree
- 1 tablespoon Alessi Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 4 basil leaves, finely chopped
- Alessi Sea Salt, to taste
Arrange toasts on a large platter.
Open can of tomatoes and drain excess liquid. Remove ends from each tomato, dice and place in a medium bowl. Stir in garlic puree, olive oil, basil and salt. Blend well.
Top each toast with a spoonful of tomato mixture and garnish with basil leaves.
