Alessi's Chicken and Waffles

Preheat oven to 400 and line baking sheet with aluminum foil.

Place flour, eggs and bread crumbs in 3 shallow bowls. Coat chicken in flour, dredge in the egg wash and coat with bread crumbs. Place on baking tray and bake for 40-45 minutes until crispy.

In a bowl, combine balsamic reduction with hot sauce. Set aside

Make four waffles according to package directions. To serve, divide chicken onto the waffles and top with balsamic reduction mixture.
