  • 4 bagels, sliced in half
  • 1 cup Alessi PestoAdd
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese


Preheat oven to 350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Place sliced bagel halves on baking sheet. Spread pesto evenly on bagel halves and top with shredded cheese.

Bake for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
