- 4 slices Ciabatta bread
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon Alessi Garlic Puree
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh basil, chopped (optional)
Preheat oven to 350. Place bread on a baking sheet lined with tin foil.
In a small bowl, mix together melted butter and garlic puree.
Brush garlic butter evenly onto the bread and top with grated cheese.
Bake for 7-10 minutes until cheese is melted and bread is toasted. Top with basil.
