  • 1 can lima beans
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup Alessi Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Alessi Garlic PureeAdd
  • Alessi Sea Salt
  • crispy toasts or crackers


Drain lima beans. Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend well.

Add Alessi Sea Salt according to taste.

Spoon the dip into a serving bowl and drizzle with Alessi Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Serve with crackers.
