Ingredients

  • 1 cup uncooked Vigo Quinoa
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Alessi Sun Dried Tomato Pesto
  • 8-10 pieces Alessi Sun Dried Tomatoes in Oil, diced

Directions

Cook the Vigo Quinoa according to package directions.

Remove from heat and stir in the pesto and sun dried tomatoes. Serve and enjoy!
