- 8 ounces mild fresh ground pork
- 4 eggs
- 4 ounces shredded cheddar cheese

Brown sausage in a large skillet over medium heat.
In a medium bowl, beat eggs. Add eggs to sausage and stir while cooking. Remove from heat and add cheese to egg mixture.
Fill cannoli with mixture and drizzle with warm syrup.
