Sweet and Salty Breakfast Cannoli

  • 8 ounces mild fresh ground pork sausage, casing removed
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
  • Alessi Cannoli Shells
  • 1 cup maple syrup, warmed
  • 3 teaspoons hot sauce (optional)


Brown sausage in a large skillet over medium heat.

In a medium bowl, beat eggs. Add eggs to sausage and stir while cooking. Remove from heat and add cheese and hot sauce to egg mixture.

Fill cannoli with mixture and drizzle with warm syrup.
