- Alessi Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 large egg
- Alessi Sea Salt and Ground Black Pepper, to taste
- 1 cup cooked Alessi Arborio RiceAdd
Pour Alessi Extra Virgin Olive Oil into a fry pan until it is 1/2 inch deep and heat oil. Crack egg into hot oil.
Continously push oil over the egg gently until egg is cooked.
Serve the egg over cooked white rice and top with salt and pepper.
