Alessi Espresso Granita

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2/3 cups Alessi Espresso, hot
  • 1 cup water
  • 6 Alessi Cantuccini alla Mandorla


Dissolve sugar in hot Alessi Espresso. Add water and let cool. Pour liquid into a freezable bowl and place in freezer.

Freeze liquid overnight. Remove from freezer and break up with a fork. Divide evenly among 6 martini glasses (or other fancy glasses) and serve with an Alessi Cantuccini.
