  • 1 4 oz can tuna, drained
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • Alessi Sea Salt and Ground Black Pepper, to taste
  • 12 mini toasts or crackers
  • 1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese


Preheat oven to broil and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.

In a small bowl, combine tuna with mayonnaise and season with salt and pepper. Place toasts on baking sheet and evenly divide tuna on top. Sprinkle toasts with cheese.  Broil for 2-3 minutes or until cheese starts to melt.
