- 1/4 cup Alessi White Balsamic VinegarAdd
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 3/4 cups Alessi Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Alessi Sea Salt and Ground Black Pepper, to taste
In a small bowl, combine vinegar and lemon juice.
Whisk in olive oil until fully combined, and add honey. Season vinaigrette with salt and pepper
Let stand up to 30 minutes. Whisk immediately before serving, if necessary.
