- 12 ounces fresh strawberries, finely diced
- 3 tablespoons Alessi Chocolate Balsamic Reduction, divided useAdd
- 2 tablespoons fresh mint
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 boxes Alessi Mini Cannoli Shells
Dice strawberries and place into a bowl. Mix with 1 tablespoon balsamic reduction. Finely chop mint and add to bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix together cinnamon and sugar. Remove 1 tablespoon of mixture for garnish.
Add 1 tablespoon of glaze to sugar mixture, combine and place in refrigerator for 5 minutes
Fill cannoli shells and use remaining glaze to drizzle on top of filled cannoli shells. Dust with extra cinnamon sugar if desired.
