Homemade Caesar Salad Dressing

Ingredients
- 4 cloves garlic, minced or 2 tsp Alessi Garlic Puree
- 1 teaspoon anchovy paste
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice, fresh
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/3 cup Alessi Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Parmigiano-Reggiano, grated
- 1/4 teaspoon Alessi Sea Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Alessi Ground Black Pepper
Directions
In a medium bowl, whisk garlic, anchovy paste, lemon juice, Dijon mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Then add egg yolk, extra virgin olive oil, Parmigiano-Reggiano and salt and pepper. Whisk until combined and serve.
